Whoever may come to power our struggle for our missing will continue, bow the relatives of the East

Not only Gotabhaya Rajapakse but also whoever he may come to power our struggle for our missing relatives will continue until a just solution is delivered to them, said the leaders of the Associations for Missing persons of Baticaloa, Trincomalee and Amparai Districts.

In view of the International missing persons to be observed a massive protest demonstration is to be held on the 30th August at Kalmunai. A media conference was held in their District head office of Ampara located at the Market complex of Thampiluvil in Thirukkovil, to explain about the Protest demonstration.

The Leader of the Amparai District Association for missing persons, Mrs. Thampirasa Selvarani said as above while speaking in the press conference

The Leader of the Baticaloa Association, Mrs.AmalaraJ Amalanayagi said they are continuing their struggle among life threats to prevent ‘White Van Culture’ , abduction and manslaughter happening in this country.

The Leader of the Trincomalee Association Mrs. Selvarajah Sarojadevi said that, some unidentified persons leveling life threats to our members and requested that the government should eliminate such threats.
