More than 11 Hindu Temples desecrated in Batticaloa

The TNA MP, Viyalenthiran  said that more than 11 Hindu Temples have been demolished/desecrated in Batticaloa .

The idols of the Narasingar Temple in Arayampathy, in Kattankudy Police area of  Batticaloa District, had been damaged by un-identified vandals, After inspecting the damage, the Batticaloa District MP had said as above.

More Temples have been broken up in the border areas . Temples have been vandalized after transgressing into the Temples. The police should take immediate action against such activities he said. After 2015, 11 Temples have been vandalized and no one has been arrested so far with regard to these incidents, he further said.

Such activities  undertaken in the guise of Reconciliation  to make the very existence of the Tamil people should be stopped he said.
