NP Chief Secretary moved out

NP Chief  Secretary Ramesh Wijeletchumy has been transferred from the post following an order by the government. Northern Province Chief Minister Justice Wigneswaran had been urging the Rajapakse government to transfer alleging she was a hindrance to the functioning of the Northern Provincial Council in an effective manner.
