President at Vel Festival

President Maithripala Sirisena received vibuthy prasadam from Hindu priest as the Sammankottu Pillaiyar temple Chariot arrived opposite the Presidential Secretariat. The Chariot procession was proceeding from Samankottu Pillaiyar Temple to mark the Vel Festival.
