30 Million worth of Heroine captured in Vavuniya. Largest haul, says SP

Vavuniya Police Superintendant, T.M.Emil M.Thennekoon said that the Heroine captured at the Vavuniya Centarl Bus Stand has a street value of nearly Thirty Million rupees.

Commenting on this he said that Vavuniya police captured 2.265 Kgs. of heroine at the Vavuniya Central Bus Stand worth 30 Million rupees.

 A resident of the Jaffna , Valveddiththurai was arrested with the heroine.

He further said that this is the first time that heroine was captured in large amount.

After inquiries , the heroine and the suspect will be produced at the Vavuniya District Court, he said.
