300 ‘ HALO TRUST ‘ De-miners to be retrenched – fund reduction the cause

HALO TRUST had served notice on nearly 300 de-miners due to reduction in funds received from foreign donors. The de-miners are given two options of either getting retrenched with one month’s extension or to change to other low salaried posts.

These will definitely affect and delay demining, Northern sources said.
