The Sugar cane cultivations which were abandoned in Sinhalese areas being brought into Tamil areas is with a hidden agenda of causing inimical impact on Tamil people’s life. This project could not be allowed to be implemented in Batticaloa District. Please taken action to include this also in the DDC meeting for discussion.”, he had said.
