72 Kgs. Kerala Ganja captured and two arrested in the centre town of Chavakachcheri

Police has arrested two persons yesterday night at the Chavakachcheri Town accused of being in possession of 72 Kgs. Kerala Ganja.

Following a tip off received by the CID, Chavakachcheri police made a raid in the Chavakachcheri town.

When two persons from Iyakkachchi were searched by the police, they were found to be in possession of 72 Kgs. of Kerala Ganja. Capturing the ganja, the police also arrested the persons in possession of the ganja.

Action is being taken to produce the suspects in the Chavakachcheri court today.
