Former Porazhi charged under PTA, with providing RADAR to LTTE, released by Jaffna Courts
Jaffna High Courts yesterday ordered that former Porazhi , charged under PTA, with providing RADAR equipment to the Liberation Tigers, to attack Sri Lanka Navy, be released.
A former Porazhi, Kalimuthu Mahendran alias Thamizh Pulavan of Kepapulavu, Mulliyawalai, Mullaitheevu isthe person, released from the charges, by the Jaffna High Court yesterday.
It is notable that he was arrested on 2014 November 7th under PTA for providing RADAR Equipment to Liberation Tigers, in order to attack and destroy Sri Lanka Navy within a period of January to December 1999.
