Release TPPs like other prisoners released for Corona threat, Selvam Adaikalanathan writes to Gota

Former MP, Selvam Adaikalanathan had written to the President to consider releasing Tamil Political Prisoners (TPPs ) as any other prisoners released on bail due to Corona threat.

In a letter , he wrote yesterday to the President, he had pointed out that the TPPs are carrying shell pieces and undergoing immense difficulties in the prison. They are encountering difficulties without proper medical facilities.

Hence, they should be given preference in releasing , while prisoners are being released due to Corona threat, he had said.
