TNA accepts Prime Minister’s call for meeting

An invitation for a meeting of MPs led by the Prime Minister to be held on Monday, has been extended to the MPs of the last parliament.

In this context, the leader of PLOT, a constituent party of TNA , Dharmalingam Sitharththan has announced that TNA will participate in this meeting. He announced so in a press conference held at his home at Kantharodai, Jaffna.

The invitation of the Prime Minister had been received by the TNA and the three constituent parties met presided by Sampanthan and took a decision to participate in the meeting, he said.

He further said that Sampanthan and a few TNA MPs will be participating in this meeting.
