Indo – Sri Lanka Agreement , an instrument for Federal Solution, says Wigneswaran in Video conference

There is no doubt in that the Indo – Sri Lanka Agreement will be an instrument for Tamil people to win a Federal Solution with the assistance of India, insisted the former Chief Minister of NCP and MP, Justice C.V.Wigneswaran.

Wigneswaran said so in his special address in a video conference under the aegis of New India Forum.

Elaborating further he said, the 13^th Amendment is subjected to the Indo – Sri Lanka Agreement. Nullification of 13^th will put the Indo Sri Lanka Agreement into challenge. Hence India should take action to implement the promise made by the Sri Lanka Government during war period that “ it will go even beyond 13^th “, fully.

The Sri Lankan Government will take all actions to hoodwink the Indian Government and the people. Hence, the Indian Government should take all actions to prevent  such actions, he said.
