Diaspora Tamils to observe Col Kittu anniversary

Arrangements have been made in several countries of Europe to celebrate the 23^rd death anniversary of colonel kittu in January 2015.  He and nine other LTTE members who died exploding an LTTE vessel, when the Indian Navy cordoned off the vessel in which they were sailing to Sri Lanka 1993.
