Annathiny’s allegation, a blatant lie: Kanimoli

DMK Legislator Kanimoli has stated that the allegation made by Tamil National Alliance Northern Province Councillor  Ananthy Sasitharan that her husband Sasitharan alias Elilan had surrendered to the Sri Lankan security forces following an assurance given by Kanimoli is baseless.

Dismissing Ananthiny’s allegation as a blatant lie and fabrication, she explained: ‘I am not an authority to ask someone to either on behalf of Indian government or Sri Lankan government to surrender. I have never seen or talked to this person that is referred to.’
