5 Footballers from Jaffna get the opportunity of playing for national team

5 Footballers from Jaffna District had been selected to represent Sri Lanka in the U-19 team.3 players from St.Henry’s, Illavalai and 2 from Jaffna central College are to get this chance.

Jude Suban, Mathustan and Antony Ramesh from St.Hentry’s and Kovintharasa Rithusan and Jesinth Sayanthan from Jaffna Central had gained membership in the U-19 National Team. They selected in the trainig camp held by the Sri Lanka School Football Association and they are expected to play in the series to be held in Korea in May.
