Biswal-Hakeem meet

A meeting between Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs Nishal Biswal and Sri Lanka Muslim Congress Leader Minister Rauff Hakeem took place at his residence. They had discussions on the situation that exists following the change of government. Kalmunai Mayor Nizzam Kariappar explained to her their proposals for good governance in the island. State Minister Hasan Ali, Eastern Provincial Councilors A.M.Jameela and Thavam together with Attorney at Law Faiz were also present.
