Minister Arjuna takes initiatives to develop KKS harbor

Minister of Harbour Arjuna Ranatunge has planned to take initiatives to develop the Kankesanthutai Harbour for commercial purposes. He was in KKs harbor recently assessing the situation for the purpose.
