India welcomes President and wife

President Maithripala Sirisena, who arrived in India with his wife, was given a red carpet welcome at the Indira Ghanthy Internal Air Port tody. State Minister of Shipping P.Rathakrishnan welcomed him. Indian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Y.K.Sinha was also present at the reception accorded to him. This is his maiden official visit to India after assuming duties as President of Sri Lanka.
