Dr.Thiyagarajah Kengatharan bids ‘Good Bye’.

Dr. Thiyagarajah Kengatharan, who provided yeoman service to Tamil People, before, during and after the War, had passed away early morning yesterday. His services during the height of the war in the tight spots of Vanni are very valuable and highly commendable. He leaves back four children.
