Informing Speaker of arrest of MPs good precedence: Chamal

Speker Chamal Rajapakse stated in Parliament yesterday that it is a good precedence to inform Speaker prior to the arrest of a member of Parliament or soon after the arrest on a criminal charge. That has been a precedence.
