2,972 Differently abled people in Kilinochchi District

2,972 differently abled people and 12,756 elders are living in Killinochchi  without any employment livelihood  and facing several problems, they are lamenting.

War and other reasons have caused the above disabilities and the elders to lose their relatives and live at the mercy of others.
