Dr. Kengatharan cremated in final goodbye

The cremation of the remains of Dr. Thiyagarajah Kengatharan was held at Jaffna  Kombaiyan Manal Hindu Crematorium  today.  A large number of people attended the funeral including Tamil Parliamentarians, Provincial Council Members, Doctors and students.

Dr. Thiyagarajah, who provided yeoman service to Tamil People, before, during and after the War, had passed away early morning on 02 February 2015 at the age of  86.  His services during the height of the war in the tight spots of Vanni are very valuable and highly commendable. He leaves back four childre.
