3 arrested with 114 kgs. Ganja in Valveddithurai area

Three persons who were keeping 114 Kgs. of Ganja in a house at Valveddithurai had been arrested by Valveddithurai Police yesterday.

Following a tip off received by the Sri Lanka Navy, the police and the Navy raided a house in Valveddithurai and captured 114 Kgs. of Ganja and arrested 3 person found in that house.

Two from Punnalaikadduvan and one from Valveddithurai were arrested while keeping the Ganja for sale.

The Valveddithurai police had nade inquiries from the arrested persons and making arrangements to produce the arrested person with the Ganja to Point Pedro courts.
