Elankovan appointed as Secretary to Ministry of Education, Sathiyaseelan as Governor’s Secretary

The Secretary to the Northern Governor, E.Elangovan  has been appointed as the Secretary to the Provincial Ministry of Education by the Governor of Northern Province Dr. Suren Ragavan.

Meanwhile, the incumbent Secretary to Ministry of Education, S.Sathiyaseelan  has been appointed as the Secretary to the Governor.

Governor, Dr. Suren Ragavan handed over their appointment letters yesterday, which are to be effective from July 1^st.
