Bharatha Lakhsman murder; Duminda and 12 others indicted

Attorney General has indicted Parliamentarian Duminda Silva and twelve others for committing the murder of Bharatha Lakshman while he was attending a party propaganda rally in Mulleriyawe in 20111. The suspects are presently on bail. The indictment was filed before the Colombo High Court.
