An All-Party group of Parliamentarians will be visiting Jaffna today to study about the investment opportunities in the North.
Four members of the All- Party group of British Parliament is on a visit to Sri Lanka and met the President Maithripala Sirisena yesterday.
They also met the spokesman of TNA, and MP, M.A.Sumanthiran yesterday. They have come here to learn about the current situation. They are interested in finding out the situations in North and East. They are to visit Jaffna today to find what sort of investments could be made in the North.
Discussions were held by them regarding the drafting of the New Constitution. Their attention was paid on the progress achieved in formulating the New Constitution. They suggested that this opportunity where the two main parties had formed an alliance, said Sumanthiran
