C.V. K.Sivagnanam flays government for not inviting NPC members for State Christmas Celebrations

Northern Provincial Council Chairman C.V.K.Sivagnanam has stated that although Northern Province Chief Minister Wigneswaran was invited to attend the National Christmas Festival, the Northern Provincial Council was not invited. The  State Christmas Celebrations held at the Municipality Grounds in Jaffna yesterday.

CM alone is not the NPC. At least they should have invited Christian members or the Cultural affairs Minister  Kurukularajah.  They have done this purposefully. We came to know about this function after many hours. Sivagnanam said.

He has expressed protest at the failure by authorities.
