The case of 12 who went missing after surrendering to Army, including Ezhilan, postponed

The writ of Mandamus filed on behalf  12 persons who were made to disappear after surrendering/handing over to the Army, including former LTTE Leader of the Political Wing of Trincomalee, Ezhilan alias Sinnaththurai Sasitharan , Rev.Fr. Francis Joseph was postponed to March 19th.

This case was taken before the new Judge of Mulaitheevu District , S.Leninkumar. The writs on behalf of the 6 persons were taken up.  As the State Attorneys were absent, the Judge postponed the case. AAL Dominic appeared for the affected parties.

Twelve persons including MPc, Ananthy Saseetharan  had filed this writ Mnadamus.
