President’s senior advisor Jayantha Dhanapala recently met the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein and briefed him of the policies of the new government. He sought a constructive engagement with the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and the Human Rights Council in terms of the manifesto and 100 day program of the new government.
