Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe flagged off the service. Health Minister Rajitha Senarathne, Indian High Commissioner Y.K. Sinha and Deputy Foreign Minister, Harsha de Silva were present at the event held at the Galle Face Green in Colombo today. A message by Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi was delivered through a video message.
