Game on, Siri: The new Apple TV reviewed and rated

what is the Apple TV? Well, it’s not actually a TV at all. It’s a little black box that connects to your TV and gives you access to games, movies, TV and music all via Apple’s iTunes and App store, as well as via apps such as Netflix, BBC iPlayer and Now TV. This new version has been completely redesigned for 2015 and has had a whole load of upgrades under the hood. It isn’t capable of streaming 4K movies, and of course it doesn’t have the power to rival Sony’s Playstation 4, but it is now capable of running apps downloaded from the App Store, as well as powering through fun-packed multiplayer gaming sessions. And yes, this does mean that you can now play Crossy Road on the big screen.
