He said this when attending an opening ceremony held at the Panagoda Army camp.
President Maithripala Sirisena, Commander of the Armed Services, graced the Colours Awarding Ceremony of the Sri Lanka Army held at the Army Head Quarters in Panagoda yesterday. He was accorded a special guard of honour. Army Commander Lt.Gen. Chrishanthe de Silva welcomed him on arrival.
Defence Secretary Karunasena Hettiarachy, Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka and others were present.
