Govt is day dreaming: Vasu

UPFA Parliamentarian Vasudeva Nanayakara has stated that the Budget 2016 reveals that the government is day dreaming.

Speaking in Parliament, he stated that the government has taken steps that can encourage foreigners to become owners of our lands and our ocean. This is a budget that increases burden on the people.
