UPFA Parliamentarian Vasudeva Nanayakara has stated that the government’s decision to postpone the holding of elections to local government bodies reflect President Sirisena’s fear to face the polls in view of his government’s failures. Speaking to the media, he stated that the government has failed to keep its promises and it is diffident to go to polls.
