Guruswamy appointed as Western Provincial Councilor

Democratic People’s Front has appointed Former member of Colombo Municipal Council K.T. Guruswamy to Western Provincial Council.

He is to fill the vacancy created by the election of DPF Leader Mano Ganesan to Parliament.
