Halo Trust certifies ‘No UXOs’: Vallalai residents to be resettled soon

The Halo Trust organization handed over a document certifying that the Vallalai area is clear of mines, to the District Secretary , Jaffna yesterday evening. Following the issue of the certificate, the date for resettling Vallalai area, in the meeting of the special committee  on of Resettlement  to be held on Wednesday.
