The Production unit of the Palmyrah Development Board, said that the palmyrah cream produced during last year’s season had been bottled safely and is being issued to consumers now.
Board extracted around 15,000 litres of Palmyrah cream during the last season. The Board is using the cream to produce cream based food items.
In this context the production Unit staff said that the cream had been bottled safely and being issued to consumers through Katpakam Retail outlets.
Meanwhile the Board has made arrangements to extract more cream this year. Further it has also made arrangements to train producers in the cream extraction.
