Injustice caused to me, I will complain with Election Commission says Sasikala Raviraj
Mrs. Sasikala Raviraj who contested under TNA has said that some disorder had occurred in the counting of optional votes at the vote counting station at Jaffna and that she is complain about it with the Election Commission.
I , who contested under ITAK was placed in the second position in the counting of optional votes received by ITAK. Some media and officers have confirmed it.
I waited there till the official announcement was made. They created much delay and when the final results were announced, I was announced in the 4th place. It is great wonder as to how this change had come in.
I am to complain about this with the Leader of the ITAK and with the Ele4ction Commission and seek clarification.
She further said some of her supporters were attacked during the disturbance that prevailed at the centre yesterday morning.
