While saying that, motivation and interest should be generated amongst women of the Northern Province regarding Research and Outsourcing enterprises, the CM, NPC, C.V.Wigneswaran, also said that he is committed to sustainable private sector development and investment promotion to address the post-war needs and priorities in a message sent to the event for celebrating the completion of one year in business of the NORO Solutions Research and Outsourcing establishment which was held on Saturday, in the Jaffna YMCA hall.
Although the CM was scheduled to participate as the Chief Guest, he had been admitted in the hospital, his Strategic Advisor Nimalan Karthykeyan, who participated on behalf of the CM read the message.
