Guesses and doubts will not deliver justice and relief. They have to be proved through investigation. For that the Office for missing had to be established. TNA is insisting on it continuously, said the spokesman for TNA, M.A.Sumanthiran.
Searches should be done to find out whether the missing are still alive or dead. Former President, Chandrika had recently said in an interview, “As far as I know no one is hidden in camps. As per the practice of the Army during the Mahindha regime, they would have been taken away and killed. I don’t about it. But if they had took over people, they would have killed them. They will not hide people so long.”
Sumanthiran was commenting on this statement. Each one is telling a different story about the Missing persons. May be Chandrika is correct. Our guess also the same. If Office for missing is opened each incident will be investigated individually. The TNA is continuously insisting on it, he said.
