Jaffna District clinch the Provincial level Athletic Championships
The Jaffna District won the NP Track and Field Championship 2017.
The Northern Province Track and Field championship was held at the Duraiappah Stadium yesterday and day before yesterday.
Scoring an overall 150 points in Men’s and women’s Jaffna District won the Championship Cup. Mannar was the first runner up with 114 point with Kilinochchi at the third position with 64 points with Vavuniya and Mulaitheevu trailing with 54 and 29 points respectively.
