Jeyakumary, who was arrested on a charge of helping to re-organize LTTE and released on bail had been summoned again to the TID, Friday,today, for the second time within this month.
On the 11th of this month TID officers had gone to the Musilampiddy, Tharmapuram, Kilinochchi house of Balendran Jeyakumari and asked her to come to the TID office on the 16th. Accordingly Jeyakumary went inside the TID at 9.00 a.m. and came out at 4.30 p.m.
However she has been asked again to come to the TID office today.
Refusing to comment on this summoning, she said, ” How can this government speak about Good Governance in this circumstances. I am confronted with several challenges in returning to my routine life. Am I to search for my son Mahinthan, who had gone missing? or am I to look after my daughter ? or go for their inquiries?” she asked with a sigh.
Meanwhile the Human Rights activist, A.Dominic Premananth said that they are paying attention on this matter.
