JVP files petition in CA to arrest KP

JVP Parliamentarian Vijitha Herath filed a petition in the Court of Appeal pleading for a Writ of Mandamus for the arrest of K. Pathmanathan charging that he played a role in raising funds for LTTE, supplying arms to LTTE etc and that he was a suspect in the killing of Rajiv Gandhi.
