Kilinochchi Journalist Nibojan Inquired by TID in Colombo

Kilinochchi Journalist Nibojan has been inquired by TID, at their office in Colombo for three hours.

The inquiry was regarding a telephone conversation Nibojan had with a person from abroad,  who is being searched by the TID in connection with his link with the Liberation Tigers.

The sim card is registered in the name of Nibojan’s father and hence the TID had called Nibojan for inquiries.

The inquiry extended to around three hours.
