KP restrained from leaving the country

Kumaran Pathmanathan, alias KP, has been prevented from leaving the country following an interim order by Court of Appeal today. Court made the order sequel to an writ application filed by JVP Secretary Vijitha Herath.

Justices A.H.M.D.Nawaz and Jusrice Vijith Malalgoda were on the Bench.
