Livelihood assistance to the needy by EPC

23 beneficiaries were handed over livelihood assistance to the needy in the Batticaloa Pradesa Secretariat. The livelihood assistance was provided under the votes of the funds of the  provincial agriculture ministry.

Illankai Tamil Arasu Katchi General Secretary Eastern Provincial Council Minister K.Thurairasasingam was the Chief Guest and gave away the assistance.
