Northern DIG Suddenly transferred to East

The Northern Province DIG Lalith Jayasinghe had been suddenly transferred as the Eastern Province

In a context where sword attacks and gang-fights  are rampant in Jaffna District, his transfer  had raised several suspicions among the people.
