Objections by Mahinda’s lawyers rejected

Presidential Commission of Inquiry has rejected the objections raised by lawyers of former President Mahinda Rajapakse.

Chairman of the PCI made the order and held that the composition of the Commission is constitutional. Earlier, Gamini Marapona, Senior Counsel for Mahinda Rajapaske, raised a preliminary objection about the constitutionality of the composition of the Commission.
