The chairman of the Office for the Missing Persons(OMP) has said that they are prepared to provide all details of persons surrendered at the end of the Final war, if written requests are made for them.
The second phase of the activities of the OMP was held yesterday in Mulaitheevu. It is following this that the OPM Chairman said as above.
While saying that he could understand the feelings of the relatives, Saliya Pieris also expressed hope that the missing persons could be found.
He further said that unlike the past, the activities of the OMP will be found reliable and people should place their faith on us.
