South Indian Super star Rajanikanth is to visit Jaffna for the first time on Aril 9th. In the context of the shooting of his latest film Enthiran – 2 nearing completion, he will be visiting Jaffna to publicize the ‘first look’ of his film and to participate in a house handing over event.
‘Out look’ publication will be held at the Pannai area onApril 9th, Sunday.
The Indian Superstar is to take part in handing over of houses constructed on behalf of the LAIKA Organization, of Gnanam Trust at Vavuniya to 150 landless Tamil families who are currently in the welfare camps in Vavuniya and he will hand over the houses, said the news release of the LAIKA Organization.
150 new Houses had been constructed at the village of Sinnadampan and Puliyankulam, in memory of the Mother of president of LAIKA Organization, Allirajah Subaskaran to be handed over to landless Tamil families who were staying in welfare camps in Vavuniya including Poonthottam Welfare Centre.
When the superstar was requested to take part in the event he readily agreed to come, said the news release.
The Northern Chiedf Mijnister, C.V.Wigneswaran, Leader of TNA and the Opposition, Era Sampanthan, Leader of the Malaysian Senate, S.Wigneswaran, British MP James Berry and Member of Justice Committee, Keeth Vaz will participate in th event, further said the news release.
